How to I choose/customize my miniature? We want your vision for your character to come to life! After checkout, our team will be in touch via e-mail to discuss what your vision is. That will include gender/species/class/unique features. From there you will work with our artist to ensure you get exactly what you want!
Can I speak with the artist before purchase to see if they can do what I have in mind? Yes, and in fact we encourage speaking with Derek (our artist) via email at geekhaventeams@outlook.com or ourcontact us page prior to your purchase for what you are looking for. After your discuss your idea(s), you may then return and make your purchase. Please note Derek will not begin the customization process until purchased through the products page on our website.
Can I request a custom paint scheme? Absolutely! We encourage for you to send us anything that inspired your character such as reference images, color palettes, or even lore descriptions, and we’ll match your vision as closely as possible.
Do you paint all miniatures by hand? Yes! Every miniature is hand‑painted by our artist, Derek using high‑quality acrylic paints and sealants to ensure vibrant colors and long‑lasting durability. Please check out our gallery here to see custom painting he has done.
How long does it take to complete an order for custom products? Turnaround time usually depends on complexity however, our artist usually takes between 1-2 weeks to complete a commission (this does not include shipping times). Rush orders may be available — contact us for details.
How long does it take to complete an order for pre-made products? Our "in stock" or "pre-made" products will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
What is your return or refund policy? Because each piece is custom‑made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
